Custom Internal Staff Portal

When the Patterson team came to us, they didn’t have any sort of staff portal in place, so we worked with them to create a plan. We developed a new, custom Intranet using WordPress that includes:

• Dedicated department pages that can be managed by directors
• Custom calendar that tracks milestones like birthdays, work anniversaries, holidays, and custom-added events
• Announcements that are front and center on the front page
• A dashboard to track monthly statistics like number of intakes and cases signed
• Quick links to commonly used third-party systems
• A team directory to easily find contact information and locations
• A ticket system that makes it easy for staff to create and track support tickets, expense requests, or client gift requests
• PLG University, a directory of videos to help onboard staff
