Anderson Management Company (AMC) is a full-service property management group. AMC not only builds top quality commercial buildings, they also lease and maintain several properties in Wichita including Northrock Business Park, Cherry Creek Business Park, and K42 & West Street Business Park.

A client as impressive as AMC needed a site that reflects their dedication to excellence. AMC approached Lee Media Group with the hope of modernizing their website. The old site was created on a static HTML platform that wasn’t optimized for mobile use and had an outdated appearance. Our goal was to give them something fresh and responsive.

Modern, Responsive Corporate Website

The previous Anderson Management Company website contained great content, but it was one-dimensional, the colors were faded, and potential tenants/clients had access to limited information. We created a modern, responsive design that incorporated AMC brand elements including digital photography of each building. In addition to the design changes, we also freshened up their color scheme and made a few tweaks to the company logo. Now the site is easy to navigate and includes a new Commercial Properties For Lease page giving potential clients more information than ever before.

As part of the rebuild process, we moved the website from static HTML to the WordPress platform to make it scalable and easier for AMC staff to update. We also improved the overall SEO of the website.

Northrock Business Park Property Website

Northrock Business Park <strong>Property Website</strong>

The Northrock Business Park is one of AMC’s largest properties, so, in order to properly feature all that it has to offer, it needed its own website that is focused on available spaces, current tenants, and conference room information.

We created a responsive design that complements the main AMC website, and included professional photography of the exterior and interior of many of the offices. The navigation is simple and intuitive, and the website is filled with vibrant images that put the office spaces on display.

A large piece of this web project centered around having vibrant, high quality photos that could be used online and in promotional materials. We sent a photography to several of AMC’s properties to take photos of the inside and outside to help showcase each space.
