Salon Brands came to us in October 2021 with a plethora of website and marketing issues. With two websites, improperly set up social media ads, no content management platform, or streamlined processes – it’s no wonder they needed our marketing help. Lee Media Group’s marketing team came to the rescue, and would eventually win a national Communicators Award from the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts for our Integrated Marketing Campaign efforts!

Website Design

The Problem: Salon Brands originally had two websites – a Square site connected with their POS system for online sales and salon booking, and a second Wix site for all other content. This meant two different URLs, high bounce rates, low search rankings and no tracking on their current advertising.

Our Solution: Lee Media Group eliminated the need for the Wix site by consolidating content and merging two websites into one user-friendly Square site. Website refresh improvements included: 

  • Simplified content and menu navigation, improved SEO keywords, created clear CTAs
  • Implemented a new and improved Careers page with online fillable forms, where previously applicants were requested to send resumes via email
  • Optimized social media ads by properly connecting the one URL for effective ad verification and tracking.
  • Customized a new, user-friendly and vibrant design on the new Square site despite limited templates

The Result: One clean website that’s easier to navigate, shop, and book appointments, all with improved organic traffic, analytics, ads, better search rankings and higher sales nationwide!
