Our Work

Garvey Center

The Garvey Center touts its location as downtown Wichita’s premiere address. It contains over 300,000 square feet of Class A office space including Wichita’s tallest apartment building – 250 Douglas Place. This iconic address is also the second tallest in the entire state of Kansas. We modernized and refreshed the website and marketing materials to highlight the Garvey Center’s amenities and available suites.

The Challenge

Prior to our work, the old site was not mobile responsive and looked a bit outdated. Garvey Center and 250 Douglas Place are easily some of the most recognizable buildings in Wichita so they needed an equally impressive website and marketing material to entice potential commercial tenants.

Our Solution

The Garvey Center was originally built in static HTML, but we moved the site over to WordPress to make it easier to maintain. All WordPress sites are scalable, meaning the site can easily grow with the business. The updated Garvey Center website also features:

  • A custom, fully responsive theme that works on all devices and meets accessibility requirements as defined by WCAG 2.1
  • User-friendly navigation
  • Updated photography of the property including office spaces, apartments, and amenities
  • An interactive map of the property to make it easy for visitors to find what they’re looking for
  • Office space listing that allows potential tenants to browse and inquire about available spaces
  • Updated property flyer design for print and digital use
