Google Alerts will send you an email any time a new web page appears in the top 20 web results or top 10 news results for the terms you specify. You can deliver alerts to your email or to a feed such as Google Reader or any other RSS feed reader. You can also export alerts to a csv file. Get help on Google Alerts from Google.
